Anyone wants to be my friend?

Moving to new places is always fun, but it takes a while to get to know people. I kind of figured out why facebook is blocking my facebook friend requests and forced facebook me to only add stranger-friends that I either met while trolleyed, or new when I was 5. This was the last friend request I sent out, before they found out my devious plan: So, anyone have any tips on how to make new friends, besides stalking people?
